Tanima Sharmin is working as a Lecturer of School of Business. She is teaching mostly the Management centric courses in BBA and MBA. She has attended in several seminars and workshops and completed different courses certified by different private and public organizations. Prior joining UCTC she served for 3 years as “ Executive, CR & HR” of Rangs Limited, Mitsubishi Motors Bangladesh. She is interested to work in the field of Human Resource Development.
