Muhammad Minhazul Haque Bhuiyan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Creative Technology Chittagong (UCTC). He holds an MSc in Information Systems from the University of Portsmouth, UK, completed with Distinction, and an M.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering from Leading University. He completed his B.Sc. (Engg.) in Computer Science and Engineering from Shahjalal University of Science & Technology (SUST).
With more than a decade of academic and professional experience, he has served in teaching and academic leadership positions at several higher education institutions in Bangladesh. His academic experience includes serving as an Assistant Professor of CSE at University of Science and Technology Chittagong (USTC), Assistant Professor and Acting Head of the Department of CSE at RTM Al Kabir Technical University, as well as Assistant Professor and Lecturer at Leading University. He has also worked as a Web Development Instructor with the Bangladesh Computer Council (BCC) and as a Guest Lecturer at Sylhet Engineering College. In addition to his academic career, he has professional experience in software engineering, IT engineering, web development, digital marketing, and SEO.
His teaching and technical interests encompass programming, web technologies, databases, software development, operating systems, and information systems. His technical expertise includes Python, Java, C, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, CSS, React, Node.js, MySQL, and MongoDB, along with experience in Windows, Linux, and macOS ments.
His research interests include cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things (IoT), bioinformatics, speech and acoustic analysis, and intelligent computing. He has authored and co-authored research publications in areas including VLSI, CAPTCHA security, secure hashing, AI and IoT-based clean energy systems, and malware classification.
As an educator, he is committed to fostering a student-centered learning ment, encouraging innovation and problem-solving, and integrating practical and industry-oriented knowledge into academic learning. He is also interested in contributing to research, academic development, curriculum enhancement, and collaborative scholarly activities.
